Natriummolybdat (CAS 7631-95-0)<\/strong><\/p>\n

Natriummolybdat, Na2MoO4, ist als Molybd\u00e4nquelle n\u00fctzlich. Dieses wei\u00dfe, kristalline Salz wird oft als Dihydrat Na2MoO4\u00b72H2O gefunden.<\/p>\n

Das Molybdat(VI)-Anion ist tetraedrisch. An jedes Anion koordinieren zwei Natriumkationen.<\/p>\n

Es wird in der Industrie zur Korrosionshemmung eingesetzt, da es ein nicht oxidierender anodischer Inhibitor ist. Der Zusatz von Natriummolybdat reduziert den Nitritbedarf von mit Nitrit-Amin inhibierten Fl\u00fcssigkeiten deutlich und verbessert den Korrosionsschutz von Carboxylatsalzfl\u00fcssigkeiten. Bei industriellen Wasseraufbereitungsanwendungen, bei denen aufgrund der Bimetallkonstruktion galvanische Korrosion m\u00f6glich ist, wird die Verwendung von Natriummolybdat gegen\u00fcber Natriumnitrit bevorzugt. Natriummolybdat hat den Vorteil, dass die Dosierung von Molybdat mit niedrigeren ppm-Werten eine geringere Leitf\u00e4higkeit des zirkulierenden Wassers erm\u00f6glicht. Natriummolybdat bietet in Konzentrationen von 50\u2013100 ppm die gleiche Korrosionshemmung wie Natriumnitrit in Konzentrationen von 800+ ppm.
